Terms and Conditions

By submitting a commission request, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Working Scope
Once I receive your completed commission form, I’ll manually review all the details you’ve provided, including characters, style, complexity, and references.If anything is unclear, I’ll reach out before starting. Work will only begin once we’ve both agreed on the scope of the commission.2. References
Please provide clear visual references for your commission. Providing full references helps me accurately fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary revisions or mistakes.Non-visual or vague references may result in additional fees or the commission being declined.3. Pricing and Payment
Payment is via Stripe only. An invoice will be sent by me once the commission details are confirmed.A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin any work.After the sketch is approved, payment on remaining balance must be completed before I begin working.If you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but before the sketch is approved, I may issue a partial refund. In this case, I will keep 25% of the total cost to cover time and work already done.In the rare event that I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work has been completed. A minimum of 25% of the total cost will be retained.All listed prices are base prices. Final pricing may increase depending on the level of detail, complexity, or additional requests. Once the scope is confirmed, I’ll provide a final price for approval.4. Drafts and Revisions
You’ll receive an initial draft or sketch for review. Each commission includes up to two (2) revisions at no extra cost. These revisions are for reasonable adjustments only.Major changes or extra revisions beyond this may result in additional fees.5. Completion timeline and rush orders
Please be patient while your commission is being completed. You agree to allow up to three (3) months maximum for completion in case unexpected delays arise.Rush orders with a specific deadline are available but will incur additional fees. You’re always welcome to ask for updates if there hasn’t been one in a while.6. Right to decline
I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel the request is outside my skill level or involves subjects I do not accept.7. Usage rights and ownership
I retain full ownership and all rights to the artwork. This includes the right to post the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio, unless you specifically request otherwise.
Putting my artwork into any AI or machine-learning engine is strictly prohibited.Fanart commissions (characters from games, series, etc.) may be used by me to create physical prints and other merchandise for my shop at my discretion.8. Client usage and sharing
You may repost or share the artwork for personal use, as long as proper credit is given.9. Delivery
Once the artwork is finished and payment is complete, the final piece will be delivered in the agreed format. After delivery, the commission is considered complete.

Please be kind and respectful throughout the commission process. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the commission being immediately canceled. ◡̈
